Cookie Policy

Effective 7 October 2026. This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies safetill.io uses on https://safetill.io and in the application at app.safetill.io, why, and how you can change your choice. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work; others, like analytics cookies, are optional and need your consent.

2. Your choice

The first time you visit we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you click Accept, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is saved for safetill.io and app.safetill.io together and lasts six months, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time:

You can also use “Cookie settings” in the footer of this site or under Settings in the app, block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in to the app.

3. Cookies we use

4. Google Analytics

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages are visited, how people arrive and where they drop off, so we can improve the site and the app. In the app we send only the page path, never query strings, workspace data, transaction data or invitation links. Google signals and advertising features are turned off, and we do not use analytics data for advertising or sell it. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google processes this data as our service provider under its data processing terms; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

5. Local storage

6. Third-party pages

When you pay or manage billing you are taken to pages hosted by Stripe, and when you connect Square or sign in with Google you are taken to their sites. Those providers set their own cookies under their own policies, which this Policy does not cover.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this Policy if we add or change cookies, and ask for your consent again where required. For anything else, see our Privacy Policy or contact legal@safetill.io.
